wonder if moving tattoos will someday be possible, somehow.
maybe not fast moving but when you wake up you could notice it looks a little different in its
state if you hadn't looked at it so closely for a while.
thinking about movement in some kind of predictable manner, not random patterns that makes it
look like nothing. though i guess if you could randomize a texture within a tattoo it could look
trippy.

you could at least to that visual trick where depending on the angle the image changes, so if you
move your arm up and down it looks like movement
