You can use a screen recorder like OBS
Or Newgrounds swivel which records swf to mp4

decompile the swf, find the source and yt-dlp it, audio record the application.

Some flashes don't have flvs in it. I restored TheTruthIs.swf a month or two ago, and it's
basically built frame by frame so I had to automate checking the frame data and combining the
frames with sequentially. Thinking back I should have sourced the HD frames instead of using the
ones from the swf, but what's done is done ;_;

Maybe I'll take it up again someday, make the process more modular and just put it out as an easy
tool to make more The Truth Is and possible derivatives but nobody really cares about that.
