The only 3 communities to make loop content were /f/, z0r.de and YTMND?

The first site to come up with z0r's model was Sieni, and from it came other copycat sites like
z0r, pown, and thebest404pageever. On the other hand Somethingawful also produced some loops and
flash archive websites like Dagobah or the swfchan boards

Do you mean in flash? Because this is mostly a flash thing, as no other medium really had that
power of having a loop programmed into the watching experience itself, without relying on user
settings like checking off loop video or something.
Only other thing that comes to mind is YTMND where the site itself was structured in a way to
have a gif and maybe sound looping, but that really restricts your creative possibilities.
I think to some degree every flash community had some amount of loops produced, even zone made
them for his site or 4chan, but they are more like little commercials or banners or reminders and
never the main focus. That was only on those, idk what to call them, flash museum kind of pages,
where you easly and quickly click through page after page of flash canvas with whatever on them,
like >>3514190 mentioned.

Maybe z0r or dagobah?
