Pull down the lever, activate the lasers with the buttons on the far left, select where are they
pointed at on the screen and then select the part of the body you wish you change.
At least I think it's how it works, I can't get the fucking dick to come out. If I remember

Found out after a bit of struggling and research.
Strain clothes to max size, for shirt you have to click all the buttons in quick succession, the
skirt is easy to click.
Expand boob until the monitor is pushed far enough you can pull the center lever.
Click the second button on the far left, should shoot a purple laser.
Click the legs, and you should have access.
