extract with an program extractor of your preference and open with vegas pro
i tested with 7zip and bandizip, but may works with another extractor programs
1 - extract the swf file
2 - use sony vegas to open the veg
this files is called veg replace, you can replace the pre done vegs with your own videos (vegas 18
or later is recommended cause most of these vegs work only in newer versions)
