Tip: You can climb the chain of the falling spike trap on the first screen.

Fucking, I get past the upward spike
YESS
Then that shit falls on me

I can (occasionally) get past both (hint: jump from as far left on the moving platform as
possible)... but the next screen doesn't make sense.
You can't shoot the guy - he swats away your shots. You can't jump over him - he's too tall. You
can't go under him either. What the hell?
Same thing in the opposite direction. I can kill Pedobear. I can jump up on the sign and the
blocks in that room, and enter the next room from as high as I please... but then I fall in the
pit and die. The exit sign points down! Why am I dying?

Um, what? Owata was made before IWBTG. Hell, IWBTG was inspired by Owata.

When you go left to see the floating platform there and crap, you gotta think "up"
>> [_] Anonymous 02/28/10(Sun)04:12 No.1195143
Another path is to go back after the spikes raise, then go under them.
Guile will kick you, but if you're lucky he'll do the wrong kick and you'll have plenty of space
to go by. Alternatively, if you jump across the rising spikes (when the lowering spikes would
kill you), you can go under them from the left and easily dodge either kick. He'll then try to
body-slam you on the screen below, jump to the right to dodge.

Me = >>1195124
Okayy, I just never played it enough,
Gotta get the floor spike to fake it, so when you jump on the moving platform it should be to the
right side ready to go left.
So jump on the platform and jump off of it and see the spiked doom spike up. Then wait until it
is down, but NOT ALL THE WAY DOWN. Jump on the moving platform when it is moving left, and then
jump off to the left side. Don't go too far or else you will get the OTHER spiked doom, but you
want you to make it fall, so move left and then right after you got the initial idea when it will
drop and jump off to the right.
Climb up the chain, and it should get easier. It's more fun up there than down there.
This doesn't make sense, does it...

How does one defeat the Tanasinn?

I'm aware. They've since added more to the game. When you get the buster from taking the upper
path (Super Mario World), return to the starting screen of the game and head left. You can
destroy the cat with a charged shot.

at the beginning you can land about six shots by jumping from the second block and blasting a
volley right into his face. then you gotta shoot the little things while standing on the ground,
jumping and firing from time to time.
