Although the mod is broken, doesn't load at all, perhaps I can either try to fix it, rip the
sprites out of this edit a copy of the OG Gardevoir mod or maybe just edit the PPPPUX GardeVoir swf.

Made it a mod but IDK where to upload it, don't wanna upload it directly in new thread because it's
not a full flash and only works with the main PPPPUXI swf.

Turned it into a PPPPUXI mod with some edits. Don't know if it's against the rules for catbox links
to swf files.
Put in the mods folder of PPPPUXI.
If it doesn't appear then go to data and edit modNames.txt to add "ACHAR_GardevoirBW.swf;Gardevoir
B&W"
