I don't know what this SWF is. It looks like it's not an animation or a game, but part of some
website's design. I found it on flashpointproject.github.io with the search term "W.I.T.C.H."
As a fan of the W.I.T.C.H. franchise, I'm posting this SWF in your archive. Perhaps someone will
find it useful. On WebArchive, this file is dated 20071016100225, but on the website's server,
where it's archived on WebArchive, it's dated 2017.

It probably from earlier than 2007 since it uses version 5 of flash. Unless someone was exporting
to an old version it was likely created between 2000 and 2002.
One thing's for sure, companies didn't do flash promotions in 2017.
