I've got 4 points and I have no idea what's going on.
Far as I can tell, you need to add as many of the objects to the pie as possible before baking
it, and that gets you a point.

OK, much better idea now.
What you do is throw ingredients and a pie into the pile. The objective is to place a pie when
there's enough ingredients to make it, which scores you a point. You always have to place at
least one ingredient, but not always a pie. Hitting "bake the pie" will end the turn and get you
more ingredients, hitting recipe will get you more pies.
At the end, you go through the pile from the bottom, passing out ingredients till you hit pies.
If the pie is legal, the ingredients get removed and the person gets a point, if not, it goes
back into your recipe stack for the next round. If you have any ingredients in your hand in this
stage, you can use them to finish any of your pies, so it's a good idea to have quite a few.
Every point you get lets you strip a piece of clothing and/or add a special item. I assume
finishing all your pies gets a bonus as well, I'll see if I can manage.
Mostly a memory game, really.

Hrm. I think a couple pies unlock special options if you get them. Specifically:
-6 of one type + 2 dough: horny/dripping status
-13+ of all types + 2 dough: scissors (can cut underwear and hair)
-4 of one type + 1 water + 1 dough: zoom option (zooms in on head)
Also, the costumes (right column) sometimes require certain nudity options (left column). E.g.,
the swimsuit (third down on the right) requires everything except the apron (first on the left),
the hair (seventh down on the left), and the crotch-hair (last on the left) to be removed.

btw you can block her pies by throwing out recipes without having all the ingredients. It won't
let her make the pie if she throws out what she wanted to make after you do. Its like you have to
start from scratch. At least thats how it seems. I was just able to beat her 10 to 7, and she
only caught up to me in the last round with 4 lucky pies.
