  the reason it was funny at the time and so highly popular was that the BBC got trolled for
  thinking that phrase was authentic (just like Oprah got trolled into reporting "over 9000
  penises" was a quote from a real child rapist, when in reality it had already been well
  established on /b/ and elsewhere.
