For one, you don't even have to move them.
Go in the third opening from the left on top, then go L,D,L,D,L.
The second, you have to move one, only one, it's the bottom block, but I forgot where to move it.

Finally beat it myself. Made a lot of stupid mistakes throughout.
I could have beat this in half the time if not for my constant mistakes.
