ignoring the birds, the scores for each bell increase by 10, so your score after n bells will be
10*n*(n+1)/2 = 5(n^2+n)
this is about proportional to n^2, so, for instance, to quadruple your score, you'd only need to
double the amount of bells you hit. and with the birds, it's even easier.
