The song is actually a sped-up version of a song that first appeared in the Disney "Robin Hood"
film featuring the furry faggot fox version of Robin Hood.
It was sped up and placed on the internets with dancing hamsters in the background. It is now
commonly referred to as the "Hamster Dance", but that is certainly not it's origin or nature.
