I assume you're using a program to swap out the graphics... anything I've ever done has been from
scratch (see: shii64.swf, lolicatgirlremix.swf).
What tools are you using?

Well, I really wanted this hack and no one else would do
it so it was DIY time. I used Sothink SWF Decompiler
to take it apart and Flash CS5 to put it back together.
From there I could just edit the graphics and movie clips
to my liking. There were a lot more that expected though.
I just got my hand on some Swift3d plugins. Makes 3d
into vector for flash. I used to use a plugin called Illustrate!
with 3ds max a long ass time ago for that, but
I lost it in reformats. I have some plans for Swift3d, but
unfortunately I'll be leaving next week and won't be
home at the ol' battlestation to do anything for quite a
while. So, meh. Guess I'll at least work on the models
a bit before I go.
