One of the shittiest translations in existence. Fuck the ass of whoever decided to translate
without knowing the language of origin.
They imagined pop-culture references where there are none and totally didn't get the poem either.
"Won't even lose to the rain," what the fucking shit? Look dude, it means "standing up to the
rain" or "[being] unperturbed by the rain". The poem is about the author Miyazawa's desire to be
like the simple rural folk of his home prefecture. Jesus christ this sucks.
