Welp, figured it out if anybody cares. Below like 40 mood, they won't talk to you at night and
are likely to hurt themselves if you make them exercise. Give them a lollipop at night and they
are up to 100 automagically.

Every day put them to work on swimming.
First 2 days work as personal coach.
First 3 nights talk to a different girl each night.
Third day go buy the first three items in the shop leaving just the yellow flowers there and the
bottom row.
Fourth day buy 12-15 candies from the candy shop.
Fourth-sixth night give the flowers to the respective girl.
Fifth day go the the pharmacy and buy the therapy for 100$.
Fifth night before you give the flower to one of the girls give a candy to each one.
Rinse and repeat working on any day you don't need to buy therapy or additional items.
Every time the girls get to 40 mood/hp go buy therapy and give them each one candy.
Visit the doctors head office for the doctor do the thing with flowers and later she will show up
at night as an option give her a fan and be happy.
With them swimming every day you don't need to dope and you don't need to put laxatives so you
will just crush them.
