[_] [L] Help, perchance? Anonymous 10/31/10(Sun)20:41 No.1406516
I'm still learning and I've been wondering, how do you hide the excess stuff around the edges of
a flash animation? That is, why when I resize the window do I only see white and not the stuff
that is outside the normal viewing pane? Like in this flash, if you made the window wider, you
would expect the see the text continuing to rotate, but you only see black. How can one do that?

The Turmion Kätilöt one? I know, it's fucking awesome; I'm trying to do something in the same
vein.

Yes, I love that one.
Unfortunately, I only know extremely basic flash, and cannot help you.

Dunno, but here's a bump.

Well I figured it out with a little advice from /g/ and the use of a decompiler. Will be posting
it soon; finishing touches are in order.

Finally fucking done.

usually i just take a square shape and span it to the right dimensions on the proper
edges...given that it won't get in the way of an id.

After decompiling the flash I posted, I learned about, then proceeded to use, mask layers. I have
used flash to make a bunch of projects, but I never knew that flash could do masking.
