An honourable effort, but she is still just a generic anime chick with just 'extras' tacked on to
make her remotely linked to /f/. You need to rethink this from the ground up.

While the idea of the hood face is good, the execution is quite poor. The buttons are finicky,
turning into the text cursor if you go near the text.

I like her colors matching the board layout.
I think her face is fine, it's her body that needs work. Though it may be easier to start over
rather then trying to make something to match the face.
I support the raver chick notion as well, but with more ADD then ravers. Switching from song to
song after maybe 30 seconds, unless it's something that sticks and she just listens to it for
hours, but generally going from loop to loop with an obsession with opening each one at least
once no matter what it's labeled.
That's more how I see /f/-tan's personality, doesn't really help with the body much.
