Back in high-school our science teacher had asked us to think out what is the most destructive
way to end the world and later explained how three nukes or so properly placed around the world
could cause mass extinction and global catastrophe.
The purpose of the lesson was to have us thinking outside of the box, knowing that science has
both good and bad applications to everything that is researched/developed, and that in the event
of WW3 stay away from nukes.

The assignment should have been to write what you would do in the situation, rather than actually
act out a plan in real life. It's still tasteless, but it's not as bad as asking your students to
pretend to spread anthrax around town.
