Strategy: I usually start by spreading the dots into the center near their neighbors, with the
goal of shortening the lines. Once you identify a strongly cohesive cluster, start creating a
"bubble" of organization, then expand it outwards. Pull dots into the bubble one at a time,
twisting or shifting your layout to eliminate intersections.
