  yea hard to say if the one cat is dead or alive... i've seen many clips where the cat on the
  receiving end of these cat massages are still as hell which is allways surprising since they are
  usually anything but if it is a human petting them.

  That cat was dead. The other was trying to wake him. They were either siblings or it was one of
  that cats kittens all grown up.

  I cant remember the last time I cried, but this reminded me of when my cat passed away and we
  found him with his brother curled up next to him. I loved him like a member of my family, and
  I'll always miss him no matter what. I only hope all of you in this thread can find that kind of
  love in your life, even if it's bound to leave you before too long.

  TL:DR-Thank you OP, for helping me remember loved ones of my past, and for giving us, or at least
  those who can understand it, a glimpse at true loyalty and emotion.
