I don't know about the song, but those are weeping angels from doctor who, I think from the
second appearance with River Song. It's from this latest series, can't recall the title off the
top of my head. It's the one where the angels are lying dormant underground until a ship crash
lands and they start feeding off it's engines. It ends with the angels getting sucked into a rift
in space time. I'm guessing this is from one of those "Making of" documentary or DVD bonus
feature thingers.
