lightning power up - makes you speed up but you can't run past the police women it's time is
limited so use it to run to the other power ups.
the plus - when you get it you can chase and rape police women as long as you have the equal
amount. one plus means you can rape one police woman on the screen and it goes on
mars symbol- as I get it that means infinite rape on that level
green neon condom man head- invisibility you can rape someone as long as you don't get caught by
the police I think

or at least areas that I can't find a way into, with police or women in them.

area.
