I had so much trouble on this boss, I thought I'd make a little guide.
1. Locate the wire running from its back
2. Run away from the boss along the wire
3. Spam Water on where the wire stops
4. Hope you dont die before then
You can always stunlock it, but that doesnt seem to be very effective when you get a bit far away.
