Thanks for the post, OP. This clip has well-elaborated tips and reminders. It may come from a
program suited for elementary and middle school kids, but the lessons are very palletable
nonetheless.
I really need to work on body language. Do any of you know if there are any classes that focus on
body language? I'm getting into full-time college next year, and something like that would really
help me with socialization.

Take a beginning acting class, or improv. There's a lot of fun little games and exercises that
allows you to know more about body communication and most certainly about yourself.
Of course, if you take the acting route, you'll most likely have to do a monologue at some point,
and maybe a scene or two. But it's fun nonetheless, and you'll learn more from other people than
just by yourself, I can guarantee that.
