This is a famous Finnish polka that finland used in ww2 to jam radio signals to prevent soviet
radio detonated bombs from triggering. For days this was all you could hear if you had a radio.

But i dont know, it was somewhere around there. Retreating soviets placed bombs that would
detonate with radio signals. So the finns played polka day and night untill they were all
disarmed.
