Oh, you got it wrong. Ghasts are the pyramid head of minecraft. When you go into the Nether, if
one is spawned within 50 blocks of you, it makes it's passive audio voice and sounds like it's
right next to you with absolutely no hint towards direction.
That is, unless they spot you and start shooting fireballs at yah. Then you're just screwed.
