Never played it, but pretty sure you're thinking of Thousand Arms. Wild Arms is worth playing,
though. Already out on PSN, and should be out for Droid soon.

It had it's problems like any JRPG, but it was a decent play. The big selling points it had going
was a franchise to cash in on, and the music.
I seriously recommend you play the game, or just torrent the music for it cause the music is
audio erotica
