  Datacenter NOC tech amusing himself, looks like.

  I did that kind of thing a couple times when I was new, until I found out that the network
  admin's pager went off when bandwidth utilization stayed above 90% for >2 mins.

  The network admin told me that if it broke 95%, the VP's pager went off. There but for the grace
  of god...
