Okay, I figure the two ciecular things that change shape are status indicators, and if any of the
three bars totally fill up or disappear it's game over. Seeing as that doesn't unlocjk anything I

This reminds me of a similar but much, much, much more violent game series. That one let you
drive needles into her face, brand her, taze her to death and back, ect. and there were actual
audio screams.
