  It only happens over time. The only ways to get this removed is by doing the following...

  1. Report it (You might get banned since is doesn't really count as breaking the rules and you
  will be accused of submitting frivolous reports)

  2. Checking the file and press the delete button (You will have to guess the threads password to
  do so unless you are OP in which the password is saved to his/her IP)

  3. ddos 4chan

  4. Bumping every thread until this is at the bottom and either upload another flash or hope
  someone else uploads a flash thus bumpiing it off /f/
