I didn't notice that, though space did allow me to hold her head down. But upon doing so, she

You can make her 'pass out'.
Get all of it in her, hold spacebar and rapidly click the mouse button.
Eventually she'll kind of pass out and close her eyes and stop fighting.
After you pull it out she'll pant shallowly and then more when she 'comes back'.

Ahh, did that already. Held her until she closed her eyes and kept still, but that seemed rather
anti-climactic. Clicking the mouse didn't seem to do any extra over just holding space.
All in all there's sort of limited options (other than her look), I'm surprised everyone's going
as crazy for this 'game' as they are.
