It works by changing something in the registry so whenever you try to access the real
meetandfuckgames site, you are sent to a fake one so you can play the games without worrying
about being blocked by embedded protection The cmd it opens has to stay open for the games to work
Also, alot of people are having problems getting this to run, if this happens to you, try to run
this in a different browser
