To unlock the other options:

Top meter can be risen in two ways.
One: Choosing the right multiple choice box (always save when you answer one right)
Two: Choosing to continue the game when prompted after bringing her to orgasm
When the 1st of the bottom 2 options becomes available, you'll need to use that on her when her

skirt or pinch everywhere on her skirt to remove t.
