I've been making some puzzles in flash to use in my D&D game. Just things to let my player try to
figure out to give a dungeon some flavor or so i can take a piss break. But I'm running out of
ideas. Any suggestions?
There is a correct order for the circles to go in and I'm going to have some puzzle attached to
that. When they're all in the right places the whole thing lights up for a moment.

Idea:
Combine Bases of Numbers.
Write something in a Pseudo Roman Numbersystem with the Base of 8 and let them give the Solution
in some Mayan Numbersystem with the Base 20
Basechangings are always fun, and you only need Text.
You can use binary or so.

So...how were your players supposed to figure this out? I'm assuming that there is some kind of
context that this flash just doesn't give, so I'm lost on the effect.

You again with the puzzles. I hope there is a context behind it.
How did the players take your last one with the revolving circles linked to colours of doors (or
somesuch)

It gave me a recipe in Greek for cookies when I solved it.
Made the cookies... they sucked.

Yes, there's supposed to be context roleplaying of the game.

It's actually "the raven" with a Greek character font.

But this makes no sense in Greek.
