My harddrive got fubared, and when I replaced it I had to download Adobe Shockwave player,
instead of tried 'n true eolsoft (I tried, but it kept demanding a Macromedia flashplayer plugin
which my Google Chrome does not have, despite its claim, and cannot be found.
To my horror, I found out that the PNG files I modded onto STD using Adobe just showed up as huge
gray squares, instead of the image. What now?

Just open the .swf file with your browser. Odds are the swfplayer plugin for your browser is
newer than your standalone one.
