What the lawyer said about the warning is true, but no lawyer – regardless of the jury – would
get away with that kind of a red herring.
He's talking about a machine that applies bombardments of microwaves to heat up whatever's put
into it; the potential harm a microwave oven has, is in the description of its function. Like
products that feature lazer technology, the safety provisions of microwave ovens bring up the
harm of excessive microwave radiation.
