For clarification:
You get the TF2 cameo by initiating the minotaur rape sequence in the mountains when you are
weak, so if you dick around the mountains when you first start, you should get it.

tool around the lake when you start your character, pull the sword out of the log, there's
supposedly a way to make your character grow bigger too to carry the minotaur's axe, but i've yet
to find it

The axe is practically useless against the sword though. And for all the effort going into
getting it versus going to the lake a few times and getting lucky, there really is no point in
trying to get it at all.

Well, you can use it with higher corruption, as the sword scales based upon your corruption until
you can't use it anymore, IIRC.
