2. "View --> Adblock Plus: Blockable Items" (if you are not using Firefox or Adblock Plus, you

3. Find the first item with a type of "object subrequest". It'll be called something like
"*.youtube.com/videoplayback?sparams=*", right click and open in a new tab.
4. If you chose the correct item, a download prompt will come up. Rename to "*.flv".
