The thing you want to is an exact search, where you search for a file by its fingerprint. In this case its filesize in bytes. Luckily, there is a shortcut right on this very page, because you posted it on here! Look for the [find in archive] button below the flash name. There you see all the names this specific file has been posted under. Be warned that edits are not counted for this as they have a different filesize. Then take a look at the archived threads from that file. Take the oldest thread and voilá. There you go - original name it was posted on /f/ or here somewhere after 2008. Maybe make a reverse google search with the name to find the original site it was posted on for claritiy if it still exists.
