There isn't a good way to realiably do so for older files, but just google search the file.
The best way is to look here (in the swf archive).
The thing you want to is an exact search, where you search for a file by its fingerprint. In this
case its filesize in bytes. Luckily, there is a shortcut right on this very page, because you
posted it on here! Look for the [find in archive] button below the flash name.
There you see all the names this specific file has been posted under. Be warned that edits are not
counted for this as they have a different filesize.
Then take a look at the archived threads from that file. Take the oldest thread and voilá. There
you go - original name it was posted on /f/ or here somewhere after 2008. Maybe make a reverse
google search with the name to find the original site it was posted on for claritiy if it still
exists.
