sure. let's start from the beginning.
1st thing that's wrong: the title of the flash says it's the anatomy of a black hole. yet it
doesn't explain anything about the various types of black holes. and the drawing is fucking
wrong, the singularity is never a cone-shaped whatever-the-fuck-it-is, there's not always an
accretion disc, etc etc etc. i could go on, but for now let's just say - NO.
secondly, the process by which black holes are formed is completely flawed. Supernovas don't
occur because of lack of hydrogen fusion. There are several advanced stages of fusion after
hydrogen burn-out BEFORE a type-2 supernova is possible. Also, a star never uses up 100% of its
hydrogen. 10-15% of it at most, all in the core. lrn2astronomy.
also doesn't cover any of the other ways that black holes can be formed, including during the big
bang etc, trolling the LHC, etc.

also, by the time you get inside the event horizon your atoms would all have been torn apart by
gravity. none of this 'thinner and thinner' business, you'd be fucking dead long before then.
