At first I saw some Atlas Shrugged or something similar in this. I was appalled when I found out
that it's a Wendy's ad. How could such an appalling message, that most people are ridiculously
stupid and unable to function without smart people be appealing enough that a burger restaurant
would use it in an ad campaign?
The truth is that everyone, right down to that cashier at Wal-Mart sees themselves in this role.
If you think you're smarter than most of the people around you, you may be right, but you're just
another worthless idiot to someone else.
This is why advertising has always appealed to me.

Why? The square is utterly unassuming. He helps the circle patties because he sees they're having
