Otherwise, it's like Risk besides that the computer decides where to place your new dice. >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)03:15 No.847605 What determines how many new dice you get? >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)03:44 No.847613 >>847605 This, Normally I just try an use a "hot gates" strategy with a maxed out stack and wait till all my dices stack up >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)03:46 No.847614 >>847605 The number at the bottom is the number of new dice you get, it's distributed equally among your dice stacks, the smaller ones receiving more. >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)07:34 No.847658 At the end of each round you get dice equal to the number of territories in the largest nation you control. They are distributed randomly among your territories, with a maximum of eight dice. If all your territories have eight dice, it'll start building up a buffer, I forget how many dice can be in that buffer. >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)07:51 No.847659 What determines the number? It doesn't always increase with the number of territories, I've noticed. >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)12:38 No.847713 >>847659 consecutive (touching) territories >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)12:48 No.847716 >>847659 determined by your largest connected empire >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)13:12 No.847720 The computer cheats at dice rolling >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)15:07 No.847751 This game is pretty hard. Early on, I try to grab edges and let the computers fight each other, but during 1v1 situations, it seems like whoever had the biggest territory coming into that situation wins. Also, I don't know whether or not to bother trying to defend, or to just attack whenever an enemy territory is at a dice disadvantage. >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)15:57 No.847768 i won it first try, was pretty easy :/ >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)17:04 No.847784 no u >> [_] friendsofsandwiches 11/13/08(Thu)18:39 No.847815 Computer will NOT attack any territory with more dice then the attacker. a)consolidate territory. Get as much of your territories together at the start as you can. Don't go for split groups. b)Divide and conquor. If you can force the competing territories to split, that'll make it that much harder for them to build up. c)Contain and control. If you can maintain a larger territory, and then prevent anyone else from busting in, usually by having one group act as a buffer to other groups that are building up larger resources, Hold the one group back and build. Once you're the largest force, computer will stop attacking each other, which you can use. Be careful on loosing streaks. Also, let 8 die enemies bust thier attackers on your fortress die, and then take over afterwards. Don't go trying to rampage 8vs8. You'll loose. >> [_] Anonymous 11/13/08(Thu)19:15 No.847827 Success on first try suckers (I mean once I understood what was going on) |
