What do you need help with? You can try both a href to the .swf file after you uploaded it to a
folder or an embed to include it on the blog directly.

Well, uploading it to another site could prove useful. There are some places where you can upload
an swf free of charge. The question is: can you edit HTML?

Then you could try to upload it to a free host such as http://megaswf.com/ and post the link to
it on your blog. Be careful that you read the disclaimer of the site though, sometimes they make
you waive your creative rights to whatever you upload or they don't condone of sexually tinted
material and they'll ban you. If they don't allow it, google another until you find one that
does. MegaUpload is good final solution, if all else fails.
