1) Get Rainmeter and install the hiragana/katakana flashcard thingy.
2) Create a button to open MovingPaint.swf, which i shall post shortly, so you can just tap it
and practice whatever the flashcard is of the day. I find its better than practicing in paint
because there's no tools to select and you never really run out of room since it just melts away.
3) Also somehow, this .swf.
4) Be a hiragana pro in no time. Oh, find a jpg that has the stroke order though, too, so you
don't get into bad habits when you practice. Or hey, OP if you made this find a way to
incorporate the stroke order and maybe some native speaker audio pronunciation and me love u long
time.

Cool OP, my new year resolution is learn moonrunes, saving this one for further use

Is there one for kanji?

It's one thing to be able to read moonrunes, it's a completely different thing to actually know
what something means.

something like this for kanji or hanzi (which are more or less the same thing) would be
impossible, you're better off getting a flashcard program like anki.

seriously though, learning the kana should take an average human a couple hours a day for a week
or so.
