>> [_] Anon 976797 Both. I was a stick animator for a while until I just quit, but I think it helps working with skeletons and basic and complex movements. The animation you showed is just that. Sometimes the simplicity of sticks bring out all the attention to detail in an animation. But that's a rare case.
