If you mean why do "normal" people insult it, then I would first like to say "normal" people do
not exist. There is no norm to go by, but in social environments there are some social norms that
are believed or acted upon even tho they really are not "normal". Peoples upbringings have made
them see things in a certain way and it can be hard to get past that.
So in places like the USA where there is such a large Christan population lots of the people
think gay/any fetish is not normal/natural. (This changes from culture to culture)
TLDR People who are raised to think something is wrong will think its wrong.
