Its like im back in 2001 looking at newgrounds watching animated paint to music that doesnt seem
to fit just right.
OP some of us can look past narutard and see that this is someone who is learning flash but to
post this and seriously ask for "technique" shows you not only expect out of the few people who
visit /f/ regularly to have experience with flash, but for those few people to circle jerk you
