The exact author? That I do not know, but to make this is rather simple, it's the kat animation
from the Intermission on Lucky Star, put it into a video editor, extract the video segment, loop
it, then add the music. Easy if u know the steps

Zone traced the animation from the show and put it into the hentai flash. Then someone else made
this flash by extracting the animation from the hentai.
